I’ve been going here for a couple years, and I trust them with my car. They explain what they find clearly and patiently so that I can make an informed decision. They are detail oriented and meticulous. They remind me about recommended routine maintenance, which I appreciate since I’m not keeping track of the owner’s manual suggestions. Great people.
I recently had routine service on my 2022 Subaru Outback performed by Complete Automotive Repair & Service. The service included CVT flush, brake flush and PA State Inspection. The work was performed in the time and at the price that was quoted.
My only inspection issue was a torn wiper blade (not unusual at 4 years) and I received a call to authorize the replacement. I also received an email with all of the results of the inspection and photos documenting the work.
They performed a multi-point inspection (battery, engine compartment, undercarriage, etc.) and those results were included in the documentation that I was provided as well.
I had interviewed several shops when I set out to find an alternative to the local dealership (which had changed hands and no longer appealed to me). I was impressed with the facility and the level of knowledge that the service manager possessed.
I'm a car guy. I grew up working on cars and my degree is in automotive engineering. The guys at C.A.R.S. are car guys and that influenced my decision.
They uses premium grade parts and materials and OEM CVT fluid (crucial on Subaru CVT's).
C.A.R.S. is not a discount service center. They are a high value service center. I do quite a bit of work on my own cars and I admit to being fussy about the service that I purchase from others.
Integrity and attention to detail is important.
I plan to use C.A.R.S. for service on my Outback and my BRZ going forward.
Extremely professional and timely! Completely trust Pete and his whole team. Very very easy to work with and will continue to for the foreseeable future!
Always satisfied with the service. Really appreciate the recomendations given to keep my Prius running. My car is a 2012 and I feel I would rather pay for services, parts to keep it on the road. Makes more sense to invest in $1,000 per year than paying $500-$700 monthly payments for a new automobile.
Staff always courteous and helpful.
Thank you, Pete
