No longer a reputable business. I had gotten various parts from this company for my Rainbow vacuum in the past, and recently ordered a replacement cord, but was sent the wrong one. My wife I have both emailed and called customer service, but still have not gotten a response after several weeks of trying to simply get the part we ordered.
Went to Sanitaire website. They were out stock on the hose for my vacuum. Looked it up. This company had it in stock at the lowest price along with a filter I was looking for. Was somewhat skeptical. Had never heard of this company. Took a chance. Ordered a filter and hose for my Sanitaire. Got a great deal on black friday along with free shipping! Shipping was quick. Everything fit perfectly. Excellent Seller!!! Would Buy from Again!!
I am disappointed with the substitution I got. Instead of the “OEM“ pre-cut filter that I ordered, I got a swatch of uncut filter material, and a sticker over the original label telling me to use the old filter as a template and cut out my own filter. I ordered this product because I specifically wanted an easy replacement with minimal handling of the old dusty filter.
