Finley Asphalt & Concrete

Not a reputable company. We have been trying unsuccessfully since 3 October 2025 to get in contact with Finley after one of their crews damaged our property during a public street paving operation in Arlington, VA. No one from Finley has returned our calls. The damage resulted from their practice of idling their trucks for hours at a time in front of private property. The result: we've had to replace two of the large shrubs in our privet hedge that were severely scorched by the exhaust from their vehicles.

Our HOA recently hired Finley Asphalt & Concrete for asphalt paving and speed bump work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The work was completed on schedule, with great attention to detail, and the property looks fantastic. Communication throughout the process was clear and responsive, which made the project run smoothly. Residents have already commented on the quality of the paving and the improved safety from the speed bumps. We highly recommend Finley Asphalt & Concrete for any community or HOA projects.
