I have lived in the area for over 13 years and had no idea this place was here. I wish I had before. Charles is incredible and super kind. I brought my brand new Sebo E3 here because I couldn't get the powerhead to work suddenly. Turns out, it was user error on my part, despite consulting the manual and internet for help. He listened and checked it over, then showed me what he did differently. He assured me I shouldn't feel ashamed or bad or anything and did not charge me for helping me. He also made sure I had activated my warranty, just in case. I really appreciate the time he took and how nonjudgmental he was. I definitely plan to return for all of my vacuum needs! This is a great local vacuum shop.

Hands down the best service I’ve had in a while. Came in needing a hose, and left with a vacuum! Charles is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to product and really listens to what your needs are then makes recommendations. No hard selling. You have to stop in if you’re even thinking about replacing your old vacuum. Btw the service units too!!!

I took my shark vacuum in for repair and Charles was amazing. I am so grateful for all of his help and if i could leave more than 5 stars based on my experience I definitely would.

Charles provided the answers to our questions and information about model differences without any rush or high pressure tactics. We were treated well and received great pricing on the model and accessories we purchased. Wonderful shopping experience with an honest, professional salesman!
