EZ Sliding Doors Las Vegas

EZ Sliding Doors was recommended to me by a handyman, so I had them come out to change our patio door double latch door lock. I’d considered trying to do it myself, but I’m glad I didn’t. The type of latch used in our 20 year old condo is not common and quite expensive. The first technician ordered the wrong latch, the second technician (their expert) came out and analyzed it closely. He brought in a 3”catalog with the latches - I was stunned to find SO many that were NEARLY identical, but microscopically different and would not work. He ordered the one we agreed looked identical, he returned the following week and did a good job installing the new one. It was not a simple swap out, as I initially thought, but one that required precision, knowledge, and the skill to make the necessary adjustments after installation. EZ Sliding Doors is the company to choose!!

We had their technician Zach come by to see why our door was very hard to open & close. He made a minor adjustment to the wheels and it WORKS so much better. He explained how the mechanism works and checked out the other parts to make sure it was all good. The was no charge since it just needed to be adjusted. This door gets a lot of use so we are happy to find a company we can rely on to be of service. I definitely recommend EZ sliding doors.
