Nick showed up in 30 minutes with the water heater on his truck. Completely installed within an hour and a half. very polite and courteous. Very reasonable.

I had hot water issues. Matt from Desert Water Heaters came and replaced the water heater and made some other adjustments that have my hot water system running great. I recommend Matt from Desert Water Heaters for your prumbing needs. Ask for Matt!

Outstanding communication and work. From the office personnel, to Nick and Matt, the whole process was seamless. Professional, helpful, on-time, and most important: knowledgeable. They do one thing (hot water heaters) VERY well. Even after the install, if you have a question they are HAPPY to answer you, which is rare these days. Highly recommend.

Water I had Matt come and installed my new 50 gallon water heater and I’m giving him a total five star review he cleaned up before he cleaned up after his professionalism is off the charts. I live in Las Vegas Nevada in Southern Highlands. My water heater went out at 8 o’clock this morning. It is now noon and I have a brand new water heater with hot water. I recommend Desert water heaters and mat thoroughly.
