Bill knew exactly what he was doing and helped me reset my Sensi to the new network name. He was so friendly and personable and really did reduce the stress level. I was under trying to figure it out. He is a awesome technician.

Called them yesterday cause my ac unit was cold but air blower motor wasn't turning on. Tech "diagnosed" the problem but tried twice to move forward toward me spending $15,000 for a new unit instead. After reminding him that this was a repair call, he shared that the control board wasn't sending power to the motor, so he gave me a verbal estimate for both the board and the motor to the tune of $3100. I'm glad my front door cameras captured all of this. This visit left a bitter taste with me. In spite of all of the good reviews, I wouldn't hire these folks to clean my toilet.
