Called them yesterday cause my ac unit was cold but air blower motor wasn't turning on. Tech "diagnosed" the problem but tried twice to move forward toward me spending $15,000 for a new unit instead. After reminding him that this was a repair call, he shared that the control board wasn't sending power to the motor, so he gave me a verbal estimate for both the board and the motor to the tune of $3100. I'm glad my front door cameras captured all of this. This visit left a bitter taste with me. In spite of all of the good reviews, I wouldn't hire these folks to clean my toilet. In the mean time I will keep looking. P.S. 6/12/25 I wish I could upload my front camera recordings. They are different than his notes on the warrany service. I told your tech I couldn't wait until the end of the 30 day waiting period. Hence the reason I called your company in the first place. No need to reply. I wish you and your colleagues well.
