I called this company rekey our new condo and fix a deadbolt that wasn't lining up. Bridger came and was here in a little over an hour. He did an excellent job and charged me a fair price . He was also courteous, friendly, and fast. I will use this company again in the future should we need them. Thank you for being fantastic!
Dispatch (Nicole) was fantastic. Nicole was professional and friendly while double checking on discount pricing for 2 new key fob. The job required me to drive to the office, but the drive was worth it. The techs (Bridger and Dallan) took care of programming both fobs, then cut the keys and double checked their work. The guys are personable and professional. Thank you for the help. Ill make the drive as needed in the future.
This was a great experience. Nicole who took my phone call was so friendly and helpful. She made the scheduling process a breeze. Bridger was our technician. He was also friendly and professional. We had a small issue that was outside his control but he did a great job explaining what he had done. I would highly recommend this company.
Man, words cannot explain how great my experience was with Colby from Extra Locksmith. This man spent several hours getting me a replacement key after I unfortunately lost mine. Not only that, but he came back to rekey the blade due to a slight misfit in the key. I was quoted over $1000 by the dealership and a few other locksmiths and Colby only charged me $525. Nearly 50% the cost of everyone else! With how many scammers and sketchy locksmiths there are in the industry, I highly, highly recommend using Colby and his team. They were honest with their pricing quotes, extremely diligent in their work, and prioritized customer service more than I could have ever expected. You would be stupid to go with any other locksmith in the valley other than Extra Locksmith. 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Price 10/10 Honesty and Integrity 10/10 In Going The Extra Mile 10/10 Would recommend to my family & friends
