My TV's panel was bad so they hauled it off for me and are going to sell me one they're repairing that's both bigger and a newer model but same brand, which I'm super excited about, and the price they quoted me was a deep discount from current retail for this model so I'm taking it and recommending these guys to anyone from now on.

From the first phone call, the techs showing up, the process to get my TV fixed and returned... it was AMAZING. Dinorah was very helpful. Any issues I had she acknowledged and fixed. The techs were SO helpful, very knowledgeable, they didn't make me feel pressured to use their service, they were honest about the pros and cons and very patient. Your payment for the service call goes towards your repair and you have two months to decide if you want to use them. Thats generous. Once they got my TV and noticed there was another issue that I hadn't already paid for, they fixed it. I really can't praise them, their communication, customer service and work enough. I'd recommend them to anybody and I'd definitely use them again. Most places don't remove the TV you have to already have it down or they charge you to take it down. I'm 5'2 and my TV is 85 in, there's no way but they did it at no extra charge. I did compare the service call fee with 3 other companies, big and small, and they were the cheapest. I'm not sure how the other places compare regarding repair because i didn't get other prices but regardless I'm pleased.
