I called because my laptop ended up having a blue screen of death. They diagnosed it failed hard drive. He installed the hard drive after finding the particular brand the laptop required. Then we had to replace the memory too. He even helped connect my HP printer which wasn't connected to the wireless. Laptops running great now!
