Working with Rob is a breeze, Rob came to the house and was on time ,he walks you through all the options and makes sure you get exactly what you want. we ordered the retractable awning and we are very happy with it. We had to wait a little while between placing the order, having it manufactured and Rob waited for a few orders to be filled for savings on shipping the units. He had a few orders before me so once it was time we got it installed. I personally didn't really like the job and attitude of Rob's installer, he seemed in a rush, he dropped a tool that hit my picture window and I'm super lucky it didn't break. He left hand prints all over the awning after it was installed and chipped up the paint on the brackets. Rob made sure he came and supervised the fixes and everything was fine. Overall we are super happy with the service and the product and would recommend their services anytime.
