Ernie Krygier Service

Washing machine started leaking around 5/31/25. Ernie Krygier Services came out on 6/3/25 and advised a new drum was needed. New drum arrived over two months later on 8/26/25. Ernie Krygier Services came out on 9/3/25 to install new drum. Water on the floor when I arrived home and damaged my dryer elbow. Now have to fix that. Did load of laundry, washer still dripping underneath and making very loud grinding noise. Videos and pictures taken of both. Ernie Krygier Services came back out on 9/4/25. Adjusted an internal piece. No more grinding but now violently shaking and leaking water in two spots now. Different locations from original leak. Videos taken. Notified Ernie Krygier services again. Called and filed a report with Whirlpool. Different company coming out 9/8/25. Four months and counting with an inoperable washer. Beyond frustrated. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Ernie Krygier Service was incredibly responsive and helpful in fixing my broken washing machine. Kayla answered all of my texts in a very timely manner and also helped communicate with the manufacturer about the repair concession. Michael was very knowledgeable in his diagnosis and repair of the machine. He took his time surveying the problem, correcting the issue, and then testing the repair he had made. He then spent time explaining to me what he had done to fix the machine and encouraged me to reach out if I continued to have issues. I appreciate their customer service and would recommend them to anyone.
