We had ordered a washer and dryer directly from Whirlpool to our home, but when the appliances arrived the crew informed us that they could not install the dryer because it was not "safe." We had no clue what that meant, so we called Ken. Ken was incredibly helpful in identifying the issue. Turns out the previous owner had removed parts of the basement tubing without notifying anyone. Ken replaced the missing parts and finished the dryer install. Everything works as it should and we thank Ken for taking time out of his weekend to assist! Great local service with friendly knowledge. Highly recommended.
