Called Elliots and the guy was very nice, offered to put my name on the freezer I had been looking for,he trusted my word I'd be there to make the purchase. I arrived hour or more later and it was exactly what I wanted and for a awesome price. He was honest and polite, and knew alot about the product. Will definitely be a recurring customer. Very helpful, answered on a Saturday morning and dropped everything he was doing to help me get a piece for my washer! Extremely grateful and wouldn’t call anyone else! River is responsible for the service side of the business and quick to respond to service calls. It is refreshing to work with a business that still has the small town flavor and will stand behind their products. Highly recommend them for your appliance needs.
