Wonderful experience! Gaston showed up within 1 hour of my phone call and fixed the problem right away! Total time around 1-1/2 hours. The problem was the opener motor was undersized for the heavy door. The springs needed to be tightened to provide more lifting force. Hector (in the office) said to not charge me because they had replaced the springs 4 years ago when a different motor was in place. I highly recommend them and will certainly call them for any future work needed on my garage doors. Mike G.
