I would give negative stars if possible and would *STRONGLY* advise you to take your car elsewhere. Initially I was impressed with the quick service and how communicative Elmer was about the timeline on repairs on my car when I brought it in after an accident. I thought the price was reasonable as well. Turns out the phrase "you get what you pay for" is an understatement when it comes to this shady place. My car became undrivable about a week after taking my car into this shop. The car was barely driven so it was confusing what could have happen already. I looked under the hood and it was very clear someone at the shop left the upper radiator hose not properly secured since it was completely off by the time I checked which led to a loss in coolant and overheated the engine. On top of the several thousand I paid to get the initial repairs done, I had to get the engine replaced at Honda afterwards. (Over $6k for a new engine for a car worth maybe 15k). Honda also agreed this damage came from someone not securing the radiator hose. (Something that's very basic and should be 101) Elmer denied it could have been him because he doesn't t work on engines ...yet the damages to the car were in that area and he was the only one who worked on the car??? Let's just say I've learned my lessons about small shops and will pay a bit of extra money to only deal with Honda from now on. Absolutely unprofessional behavior and ended up costing me almost the price of the car. Please take your business elsewhere. He might do the work fast but CLEARLY not well (to say the least).
