Unreliable. Sent me several last minute reschedules via text message on two different occasions. I ended up waiting 4 extra days before they showed up. Classy response. It wasn't the first time i was pushed back and the other time wasn't during a cold spell. If the shoe was on the other foot, I'd have apologized profusely to an inconvenienced client via a phone call and let them know I needed to push back the appointment instead of sending last minute texts. As for your good clients I hope they tip as well as I did.

Had a great experience with Einstein! As a first time homeowner, it is so hard when something breaks and you don't know who to call. Einstein is incredibly responsive, punctual and helpful. They even send you SMS to confirm what time your appointments are and when their techs are arriving (shockingly rare compared to other companies!). The technician who helped us with our kitchen drain leak was mannerly, neat, and thorough. Will definitely be using Einstein again!

Shady, rude, and dishonest. I had 2 leaking bolts between the tank and toilet bowl. The guy came and tightened the bolts and said it should be ok for a while. After he left, I realized he didn’t turn on the water to test it, so when I did the leak continued and was worse than before, plus now a water pipe was leaking. I caught him before driving away and he came back and tightened the water pipe and turned off the water again. Instead of quoting for replacing these bolts and doing the work on site that day, he left. They charged me $89 for the 5 min visit and sent an estimate for a new toilet for $1,500. They also quoted me $89 on the phone and tried to say it was now $189 when the tech was on site. I had to call their office while the tech was there to dispute this and they relented. The tech verbally said that maybe they could do a tank “rebuild” for $500 but refused to answer why he couldn’t replace these bolts there and now for whatever fee. Noting that this technician was professional and courteous despite that. I ended up doing it myself for less than $100. I then called them and calmly relayed this story to the customer agent to see if they would consider at least partial refund for 5 min work. And trying to scam me into buying a new toilet. She was nice and listened and said she would speak to the supervisor. Back on the phone she said there’s nothing they can do. She then handed me the phone to what sounded like the owner who screamed at me for a minute and wouldn’t let me speak. Never once did I raise my voice. She called me a scammer and hung up on me.
