Quick, responsive and streamlined from the initial contact with your chat agent (Tatiana), follow up with your office (Avante? apologies if I got that wrong ! ) and finally the technician Faizon, who was wonderful .. He explained the job and options for other services, as well as completing the task at hand promptly and efficiently - quality job all around. All very personable as well !

Will and Fred came right on time and were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They clearly know their stuff and took the time to explain what was going on, which made us feel very comfortable about fixing the heating issues in our system. They were also very considerate of our schedule and worked efficiently, which we really appreciated, especially with a young daughter at home. Rob later joined them and was equally great to work with. Overall, everyone we interacted with was smart, capable, professional, and genuinely nice. It has been a great experience so far, and we feel confident continuing to work with this team.

Petri Plumbing, Heating Cooling came to replace my heating system. Fred, Pedro & Antone were very professional and polite. They came well prepared, drop cloths, tools etc, etc. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained and showed what was done. Job well done! And I have heat!

Petri is top notch!! Thanks to George and Mike for the great work they did on my boiler in Brooklyn. First they came out to do a thorough assessment of the boiler and system in general. Then they returned later in the week to replace the pipes and valves that needed to be fixed. They were knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Great Job!
