This company is wonderful! They did everything they promised and did it so well. Such a pleasure to do business with a company that does such excellent work. The workers were so respectful of our property and the job was expedited perfectly. You could not tell they had even been there except for the beautiful new window.
Great company! One thing I loved was the communication and follow through. My job required extra permits with the city and they did an excellent job keeping me posted on status and worked around my schedule to complete the job. I highly recommend them!
My parents needed an egress window installed. I looked around, asked a couple of my friends and Egress Solutions kept coming up. I gave them a call, and this was in November 2024, I spoke to Drew, he explained the general process of what they do, how an egress window is installed and why. I knew when I called that he wouldnt be able to do anything until the Spring, so I wasnt surprised when he asked if he could give me a call in March to set up an estimate. Come March 2025, I received a phone call from Drew, (yes he actually remembered!) we scheduled an estimate and my parents decided to go ahead. Drew sat down with my parents (and myself) explained the process to both of them, answered any questions either of them had, and was very patient in doing so!!! The work was scheduled for mid-April, weather pending of course, called me about a week before to let me know he got the permit, and would be there as scheduled. He told us the job would be done in 1 day, and it was. Matter of fact, besides the fact there is now an egress window, you NEVER EVEN KNEW there was work done!! They cleaned up, debris was gone, and they bring ALL THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT!! This is a long statement, Im sorry for that, but I truly can NOT say enough amazing things about Egress Solutions. If you are looking to have an egress window installed, CALL THIS COMPANY!!! You will not regret it!! They actually do what they say they will do and are not a bunch of "Jack of All Trades". The quality of work, professionalism, integrity, manners and respect... they are not your typical contractor, thats for sure!!! Thay actually care about the home and people in the home where they are working!!
I am thrilled to say I made the best choice to proceed with Egress Solutions! Mark and team were amazing. Honest, hard working company, fair pricing, punctual, clean & professional. I cannot say enough about them. The team showed up 8:30am sharp on the day of install, worked their butts off the entire day (mind you it was in 25 degrees outside) and did not leave until everything was completed. They cleaned everything up; in my basement and on the exterior of my house. Truthfully, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time we hired a company in over 25 years! We always tackle all home projects, remodels and additions ourselves but this project we just didn't have time for. Mark and his son Drew were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We had two 4x4 egress windows installed in two days and they look GREAT! We would definitely welcome them back again to do more work.
