French Drain Man

After we bought our 100-year-old house, I did a lot of research before attempting to fix our horrible basement flooding. After every medium to heavy rainfall, our entire basement would be covered with 3 to 6 inches of water. I spent days pumping water after every rain shower. French Drain Man was easily the best resource I could find, from their excellent help videos to their superb products. We called several businesses to help us and they all wanted $3,500 or more for minor fixes. My thanks to this company is overdue and can't be overstated. I was looking to make some improvements to our gutter system and I found this company online and their products and how to videos are outstanding. I have bought downspout cleanout leaf filters whose design is brilliant, pupup emitters, among other products and have upgraded my gutter system. I am a homeowner and a DIY'er. These guys know their business and have designed great products. They have answered questions via email and helped when I had a question about what to buy. Learned a lot from Robert's videos on Youtube about french drains/gutter downspout projects. Very informative and helpful. Purchased material in late October of 2025 for two gutter downspouts out to daylight (Over 100 FT) in the Chicagoland area. I went with FDM products because I appreciate that it's made in the US and quality craftmanship. I wanted something reliable that would last a long time. The only item I didn't buy was their heavy duty corrugated pipe due to the cost of shipping, otherwise, I would have. Took advantage of the sale. Would recommend his product and plan on buying more on the future gutter downspout project.
