We have had Rainsoft servicing our home for over 40 years. They are very prompt, courteous, delivering salt and servicing our softener and whole -house filter and testing the water each time. When time to buy a new softener they gave me a loyalty discount. Best in my books for sure. Linda Babin

We bought our system in 2008. This morning during regeneration, something happened and it ran water through our brine discharge for 7 hours before we noticed. I bypassed and placed a call at 9am. At 11 am, a very friendly and knowledgable man named Pat showed up, replaced a bunch of parts covered by warranty (and a leaky brine hose), and we were back in business in no time. One of the friendliest (and fastest) service calls we've had.

Super satisfied! Kelly, Ken, and Zach have made this homeowner a very happy homeowner!!! We have been trying to conquer water issues in our home since we moved in 5 years ago. The first company we used took is for a pricey ride and we were not interested in using them again. Kelly sent Ken and Zach over and they were kind, considerate, thorough and take pride in what they do! They listened to the history of my water saga, went through my entire system and fixed the issue(s) without having to buy a new conditioner like the previous company tried to sell me. I now have soft water and couldn't be more thankful for Rainsoft and the crew! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
