my new countertop looks amazing. All the measurements are up to spec. It’s exactly what I asked for. They didn’t push me to do anything else or Change my mind, even though there was a lot that I asked for. They were very welcoming and forthcoming. Glad I came to Eco and would never go anywhere else.
Service reps will treat you like they are doing you a favor. Their answer to every question you ask will be “I don’t know”. I had the rep name Zara, when she feels like you are asking too many questions after paying your deposit, she will accuse you of arguing. The office manager Jessica is very condescending and will gaslight you. They wouldn’t even answer a simple question about the time I should expect them for installation without having an attitude. After getting a very rude response from the rude office manager Jessica telling me to go elsewhere if I didn’t like their customer service….I did! When I called to cancel service I finally got a sappy “sorry” from the manager. I got my deposit back and took my business elsewhere to UB Granite in Yorktown. They are very professional, freely answers all questions and price matched my quote from this horrible company.
Overall, an easy and pleasant experience. Office was helpful and always responsive. There were two measurement issues which were luckily caught before installation of those pieces, but it did prolong the completion of the project by five days. In the end, it looks great!
This company does an excellent job. They remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms in my home. Their products and craftsmanship are fantastic. They quickly complete anything that’s missing. Whenever my friends visit my home, the first thing they ask is where I got it done. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all very much. I highly recommend them to everyone. You are amazing!
We met with Cindy in Richmond, to find countertops for our new home. She was very patient, and took the time to walk us around the storage area to find just what we were looking for. Cindy explained the differences in the stones and the pricing structure, so we knew what to expect. After selecting the products and granite slab that we wanted, we ran into some delays with our contractor. (Not related to anything eco granite did) Eco was very accommodating with holding our slab for 2 months while we straightened things out. When we finally got the countertops installed, the men came out, worked quickly and efficiently, and left us with beautiful installed quartz and granite in our kitchen and baths, for reasonable prices. I would certainly use them again, and recommend them to friends. Great job!!
