RMG is an absolutely incredible company to work with! They were extremely responsive, professional, and helpful at every step from the initial quote, to material selection, to final measurements, and finally to install. They answered my multitude of questions throughout the process, worked with me to adapt to some challenging aspects of our particular job, and did an exceptional job on the install. In particular, I was very impressed with the job they did matching the seams of the quartz we chose, as well as integrating a cabinet that I built into the final countertop. Understanding that you're working with a natural material and the pattern will never line up exactly, they did a great job matching everything to a point that you have to really look to see where the seam is (and they were fast!). The office staff was extremely responsive, professional, and kind throughout the process. I did a thorough cost breakdown of a number of their leading competitors before ultimately deciding to go with Richmond Marble and Granite, largely due to how responsive and professional their office staff was (for anyone interested, RMG is slightly cheaper than the average, but they're all within shouting distance of each other, regardless of which tier of material you're selecting). Richmond Marble and Granite does all of our counter tops whether it is granite, quartz or quartzite. They do an excellent job for us and pay attention to the details of the job. Their sales rep., Shannon, is the best! She makes sure we have samples and important information about the products they carry. Shannon and Ryanne, the office manager, always take excellent care of our clients when they come to look at slabs. We highly recommend Richmond Marble and Granite!

Working with Richmond Marble and Granite was an extremely pleasurable experience from the moment we walked into the showroom and throughout the whole process of getting our kitchen cabinets and countertops replaced in our home. Volkan was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process as was the office staff that helped us on our very first visit to the showroom. Volkan took into consideration what we wanted, respected our wishes and made helpful suggestions along the way that helped us in making decisions. The job was done as promised, in the time promised and with little or no deviations. The guys that came to do the work were professional and hard working. We have no complaints about any of the service we received and we found the pricing to be extremely reasonable. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future when the need arises.
