Everything about the business that Brian is operating is great. My phone screen broke, so after calling multiple places around the Jacksonville area I found EC wireless and its very affordable pricing. Took the phone to him and he got it fixed in a few days, faster than most of the other businesses I called. Furthermore, Brian's shop's atmosphere is relaxing, and you can talk to him with ease and he can explain the issue with your device(s). He gave me some great life advice outside of just electronics as well. This guy will string you along for months after taking a deposit without ever finishing the job. Go to a reputable place in Jacksonville or just buy new.

I would not bring a cell phone to this place. I brought my Samsung in for screen replacement. He replaced it quickly however I had to bring it back immediately because the glue was not set. He fixed that and said bring it back if I needed to. He did not say he would be gone for Christmas for 2 weeks. The screen came off again. He did not replace with a Samsung screen . He did not tell me that. I had to take it to another repair place and that is how I found out. He charges up front to repair. He may be fine with computers and other electronics but I recommend using another place for phones.
