Computer Matters

I had the pleasure of working with Mike at Computer Matters just before the Easter weekend. My old Lenovo has needed a new battery for quite some time now. When I called, Mike was very pleasant and straightforward with me, and was willing to get me in that day. He had to order a new battery because of the age of my computer, but he got it in quickly and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I'm very happy that I went and saw Mike. He fixed my computer quickly, for a fair price, and did try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary BS. #7& on my MacBook Pro was stuck: BestBuy Geek Squad said they'd send it to Apple for 2-3 weeks. Mike at Computer Matters cleaned the whole keyboard in an hour, and told me not to eat over my keyboard.

Highly recommend Computer Matters. My work laptop stopped working, so I brought it to Mike to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately, it wasn’t salvageable, but Mike went above and beyond by transferring all of my data to a new laptop—and even worked on his day off to make sure I had it back in time for work. Exceptional service and a genuinely kind person.
