When I thought the TV repair couldn't be done and covered under warranty, Frankie at Eastern Video fought for me with the manufacturer to get it covered, and I only paid the fair diagnostic fee when I dropped the TV off. The repair was done timely and correct manner. I basically have a brand new TV with new parts. I can't thank Frankie enough for the kind service. He saved me thousands of dollars right before the holiday season. Thanks, Frankie! I would go to him again for any electronic service or repair. Trustworthy and honest!

Had the opportunity to work with Frank @ Eastern Video last week (12/4) to help out with a warranty repair on a Samsung S95 TV. Not only did he reach out to me the morning after a service ticket was assigned, he was able to successfully diagnose and complete the repair the same day we made contact. Would give 6 stars if I could. Great service - wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

Frankie and team went above and beyond to troubleshoot my broken Samsung TV, assisted with navigating the warranty and what my options were, and the repair was of the utmost quality. The service and care was next level and extremely prompt, with clear communication throughout. I could not have been more pleased.

Frankie was amazing! After LG gave me a hard time about my TV, he stepped in and handled everything. He got LG to cover the repair, and made the whole process stress-free. Super professional and helpful—highly recommend him!
