I had my car towed to Hoffman from another Audi dealership in Watertown after they could not figure out why it wasn’t starting. Athena at Hoffman communicated everything with me from the time my car arrived at their facility to the moment it was done. They were able to pinpoint the issue right away and fix it within a couple hours. Athena communicated all pricing and gave quotes for additional optional services. I can not thank the Hoffman service team enough for their quick and effective response to my vehicle. Moving forward, I will never service my car anywhere else.

Inflated part prices. (I suggest an euro part distributor). As well as some services being way overpriced for what they are.
As a high end ceramic coating and ppf shop owner, I am very very particular on who touches my car and where it goes. This service experience was phenomenal from the second I walked in the door at 8:09 am I was greeted by Rocky, my service advisor. I was quickly checked in and taken care of the instant I exited my vehicle.
Rocky and I have met before with customer car drop offs and more importantly taking care of my mother with her car over the years. It’s very nice to see a familiar face, it builds a lot of trust and confidence knowing I’m going to see someone I’ve interacted with vs a stranger. This is important as I plan to keep my r8 forever due to it being discontinued and not easily replaceable.
At 2pm I was called by Rocky with an all set and he parked it out front in an end spot, backed in and slightly taking up two spots. As a car guy this is grail style parking, for non car people, this means no door dings guaranteed on one side near the curb and a 99% chance of no dings on the other side and no front lip damage due to being able to use a back up camera to gauge distances. Trifecta.
Paperwork was already completed and it’s one signature and keys, however Rocky walked me out to the car to grab the protective covering off the steering wheel, floor mats and seats that was still in the car. Immediately I could tell extreme care and courtesy was taken on my vehicle.
10/10 service and will be back next fall for maintenance again.
For everyone wondering, the car is a 2020 Audi R8 V10 Performance Plus Spyder with red interior and brakes on black exterior. An extremely rare combo to see and find.
Also not only is Rocky phenomenal in service, I can’t go to Hoffman Audi and not see my favorite salesman Amaury and the best car sales manger in the game Mike Telep. Best duo of genuine people in the industry I’ve ever met.
