Contacted the day before and got an appointment the next day. Was having battery and charging issues. Vini was very helpful and professional and successfully diagnosed the issue. The service was excellent, would have rated 5 stars if it was a little cheaper, but didn’t have to go to Apple and get charged almost $100 more than here. Location is a little odd being in a sketchy area with tweakers coming in, but overall a very safe and good experience!

My mom's charging port on her phone was damaged. We checked a few places for repair and was turned off by the cost. One place told her to replace her phone altogether!! She had important pictures on her phone of her grandkids that she didn't want to lose! This place was the best!!
