We placed an order with Eastern Sore Window and Door for windows n 2021. The owner (Joseph) took the deposit and never processed the order. I contacted him many times. Owner’s response ranges from offensive to listening mode, and back to rude. But he made no attempt to even place the order for manufacturing. Still no windows. We plan to go to court. I wrote this review to warn potential customers about scamming Eastern Doors and Windows periodically does. I saw other reviews when this company took money and never delivered services.
