Eagle Alarm is excellent. They answered the phone right away and came out to my house this morning. I did have an issue, and it was resolved quickly and completely. The technician was friendly, professional, and on time—as always. Great service. Thank you!
We just had the alarm installed by the owner Ray. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The system is easy to use, they are a local company, not outsourced and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Eagle Alarm Systems.
My previous alarm company sold to another company and did not want to deal with my issue. Thankfully, Eagle Alarm came up when I googled house alarms. Ray was the first company I called and so happy I did. Ray is prompt, professional, polite, and very patient in explaining what I needed to fix my situation. I will definitely be calling Ray if I have any other issues.
We are new to Eagle Alarms our other company retired and closed we had called Eagle at some point because our company prior to closing did not return calls. Met Ray at that time he came out told my husband what was wrong and how to fix it. We told Ray if and when we change companies he would get our business for helping us out, sure enough a few months passed our 25 years with this company was retiring and we need to change. Immediately called Eagle (Ray) He came out got us all wired over to him. He has been amazing to my family. I could not recommend anyone more than Ray. He not just a great company but he really cares about his customers secutity. Thank you Ray for your great service we truly appreciate it.
