Excellent service for replacement of water heater. Dyess fit me into their schedule the next day. Proactive communication from office. Xavier, the technician was knowledgeable and professional. He described the problem and provided options. Very personable too. Replacement was done timely electricty issue discovered was seamlessly addressed by Dyess lining up an electrician.
