Dyer Septic Service is a fantastic, family-owned company with an excellent reputation. They came to the rescue after the plumber still couldn't fix our clogged pipes problem. Since the toilet, all sinks, dishwasher, tub and washer were all bubbling and backing up for days, we called Dyer out of desperation and they squeezed us into their schedule! Dennis, the person on the phone was helpful, friendly and efficient. After he did research, we learned the old septic in our recently moved into house hadn't been pumped in years. The cheerful guys showed up, reassured us it would be alright, then lifted the tank's huge, metal doors w/their special bulldozer machine and with their pumping truck, unclogged the stinky pipe and pumped the septic tank. Within minutes, PROBLEM SOLVED! Thanks to them, everything is flowing perfectly now. Whew! They cleaned up and covered the entire tank neatly.
