We recently had our driveway replaced by Saccuzzo Asphalt, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the professionalism, communication, and quality of work were truly exceptional. Jim Saccuzzo and his crew arrived exactly when promised, were incredibly respectful of our property, and worked efficiently with meticulous attention to detail. The finished product looks absolutely fantastic — smooth, clean edges, perfect grading, and a flawless surface. It’s clear they take great pride in their craft. What impressed me even more was the communication. Jim was responsive, transparent, and took the time to answer every question we had. It’s rare these days to find contractors who are not only skilled but also so easy to work with. The price was fair, and the final result exceeded expectations. Although I originally gave them a 5-star rating, their sevice after the sale is horrible. A few days after the driveway was installed, I notice many very rough patches. When I called, Jimmy told me that would be fixed by sealcoating in the fall. After trying, unsuccessfully, to reach them in the fall for several months, I sent an email detailing my total dissatisfaction and my intention to write some reviews. Miraculously, I heard back from Jimmy saying he had been sick!!! No apology, no "Well make it right in the spring"!!! Just said it's too late to do it now!!!! I'll find someone who stands behind their work!!
