We recently moved into our new home in White Caps, and finding someone you can trust is always a bit nerve wracking. Enter Mike. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is truly an artist of his craft. We had a few issues when we moved in but he handled them with surgical precision using only high quality parts! What impressed me most was how neat and tidy he was. He left the workspace cleaner than he found it. His work is impeccably organized. What is it that customers really want when they call a plumber out to their house? Sure--they want their issue fixed, their hot water heater installed, their old pipes replaced, etc.--but really, they want certainty. They want the certainty that the job will be well done and they won't have to keep calling back. Had a major issue with the main stack leaking from the first floor down to the basement. Gave Mike a call, and he quickly came out to assess the situation, provided a fair estimate, and scheduled a time to get it fixed. He showed up on time, got straight to work, and handled everything like a true professional. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.
