We had a great experience with Ben He gave us good options and let us keep the sames for a whole day to see how the floors looked throughout the day. Best customer service Ive received in a floor store. He was mobile as well and picked up the samples the next day. His floor installers did a great job leveling the floor and put the floor down carefully. We are really happy with the experience. They even put back our baseboards we replaced. Ben came over the following day to make sure we were happy with the finish product.
