Shaun provided professional top of the line service. Literally a cheat code to have locally in Las Vegas. I had a mess of a computer, wires everywhere, terrible cable management, & upside down parts within. He expertly took it apart, explained the whole process as he went, & gave pointers for upgrades and next steps. Going above and beyond what was asked for (Initially a PSU replacement), I didn't know all these issues were in my pc, but he fixed them, and reorganized the whole setup. If I could give more than five stars than I would. If you don't know what to do with your Computer or just need an expert to install a part, take it to Shaun before anyone else!

I was foolish enough to try and do computer stuff by myself with very small amount of research thinking I could do it. Spoiler alert, it didn't work. In fact, I made it worst. Essentially, I messed up big time after replacing a motherboard in my gaming pc. This lead to a whole day and a half of troubleshooting until I just needed to get help. I could have gone to BestBuy or other small businesses that charge a hefty flat rate with very little understanding of what the problem is. That is where I found Dr Tech PC (Shaun). Not only did he reach back after setting up an appointment with him very quickly, but he was very helpful when it came to fixing but also teaching me the issues and problems that I had. Because his appointments are one-on-one, it made it really personal and I learned a lot from the couple hours of him fixing my PC. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Trust me when I say this, if you have any doubts with PC builds or what not, do not try to do it yourself if you're not confident. Seek him out ASAP. I will go to him every time I have a major PC issue from now on.
