They're true professionals. Family owned and operated jewelry repair kiosk that knows what they're doing for sure. I took my silver bracelet that had been broken and it had intertwined silver strings that were really articulate for them to amend which they did perfectly and better than before as well as they were able to tighten the clasp. I'm mega satisfied with the results.

Had such a great experience! The owner, wife, was super sweet, friendly and welcoming. They resized my ring right in front of me quick and affordable. I didn’t meet the husband, but heard great things from Kay Jewelers’ manager. My ring had been cleaned before, but now it’s sparkling like new—so happy!!
