Bad owner, bad business practices, prioritizing profit instead of customer experience. Will charge you extra even if he doesn't need to. Giving off the same vibes as a shady mechanic. Edit: owners reply to my review is totally idiotic, he runs a repair shop but doesn't do repairs??? I didn't break the drone trying to save money it crashed. His reply to this should tell you all you need to know about this shop. Second edit: owner not only deleted his reply to my review but also left an illegal fake bad review on my business which will result in a defamation case.
