Had our heater go out last week and called around 6:30am. They told me they’d be out first thing and at 8:15am I had someone looking at our furnace. Informed us of the warranty we had and had everything back up and running before noon! Great to work with.
My serviceman Jeremy Whitt came all the way from Osceola to Des Moines. He arrived much sooner than I had expected. I have been having trouble out of my furnace every year since I purchased the home, Once every winter the pilot light would not fire the unit, so I said here we go again. Well this time it was something simple that I should have been able to figure it out myself. But because of the annual problem with it, I didn't bother to check it for myself or to go any deeper than calling a service man. Jeremy didn't make me feel like an idiot, he simply pointed out the problem and gave me his processional opinion. He was very polite, and moved and operated in a professional manner that would make any employer proud to have him as an employee. He is the example that younger, or new to the game employees should follow. His work ethic has inspired me to end my service agreement with Golden Rule and use Dorrian for any needs that I might have in the future. Based on his performance and attitude, I am definitely going to recommend Dorrian to all of my friends and co-workers!
Highly recommend!!! Saved $1,000’s of dollars when another company said our furnace needed replacing and Dorrian said it did not. Very responsive to my initial call. The communication within the company was unbelievable. Mike with Sales, Joe the Service Manager and Earnest the Service Tech who came out worked as a team to address our issue. Earnest was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained everything about our system and why it did not need replacing. In addition he took the time to listen to our concerns and upon my cue added a recommendation that would help with household allergies. He was not pushy about it and made sure we were comfortable with our decision to upgrade our furnace for a healthier environment. Because of Dorrian’s commitment to their customers, the team effort, and Earnest’s patience in explaining the details of how to improve our quality of life, we feel comfortable turning all of our HVAC needs over to them.
