Placed a service call regarding an issue with the furnace. Alvin arrived and thoroughly explained what was causing the issue and gave a detailed explanation of how to make the repair. Alvin insured everything was working correctly before he left. Would definitely recommend Lozier for HVAC services.

Several years ago we purchased a pre-owned home with a Lennox gas-fired furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner that had been installed by a Lennox dealer other than Lozier. However, for an initial inspection at that time, I chose Lozier, because it was easier to understand Lozier’s pricing and to schedule the service more promptly. Last month I contacted Lozier to perform a complete inspection and a regimen of safety checks and operational tests on all vital components in the furnace, in order to avert the possibility of a malfunction in the winter. Lozier dispatched Dave B., who in two hours did exactly that, following the steps specified by Lennox and HVAC industry inspection standards. In that process he identified a leak in the combustion blower, which did not affect the operation of the furnace at this time, but which I opted for replacement, in order to be fail-safe in the future. Dave’s service set a professional standard of excellence!
