Several years ago we purchased a pre-owned home with a Lennox gas-fired furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner that had been installed by a Lennox dealer other than Lozier. However, for an initial inspection at that time, I chose Lozier, because it was easier to understand Lozier’s pricing and to schedule the service more promptly. Placed a service call regarding an issue with the furnace. Alvin arrived and thoroughly explained what was causing the issue and gave a detailed explanation of how to make the repair. Alvin insured everything was working correctly before he left. Would definitely recommend Lozier for HVAC services.

He did a fantastic job of quickly diagnosing the issue. He discussed the replacement equipment and gave a thorough explanation of the difference in several levels of equipment. He was fast, friendly, and efficient.
