The staff is friendly and very nice, and the place is clean. My son enjoyed it so much, and I even had the chance to play too! We bought our tickets through Groupon…no reservation needed. Just show your Groupon voucher and you’re all set. This is such a fun activity for anyone who wants to spend quality time with their kids, whether you’re an RC fan or not. Highly recommend!
Absolutely an amazing place! Friendly and helpful staff AND racers. The atmosphere feels extremely welcoming. The club racing on Tuesday nights is laid back. Mini b, stock Traxxas Slash, and kid racing on friday nights is a blast! Don't forget to check out the slot car drag strip! Test and tune on wednesday night and racing on friday. If you're there long enough you might see some of the guys in the back corner drifting and that alone is amazing to watch! Indoor carpet tracks for offroad and onroad! Check them out and ask about their rentals in the hobby shop!
It has a nice sized track and a little bit of something for everyone. The hobbystore collection wasn't the greatest. But... Overall this place is solid.
I just want to say this place is awesome and the people that run it and race here are truly the best. We visited from Washington State and found this shop/track and they helped us out like we have been going to the shop for years. Not only did they give us advice and setup they even took care of us when our stuff broke and the parts were discontinued. They made sure we were able to race all week long and I couldn't ask for more. We want to thank the owner staff and racers at Coastal RC speedway it's easy to see why you guys are the best.
