These folks are the real deal! They work with your dogs and check in to make sure everything is working well. If you have any troubles or concerns they will help you. Very nice people and they know what they are doing. Bottom line, I would recommend this to everyone.

DogWatch installed our fence 2 years ago. We love the fence and our dog has not been outside the fence. We had some issues with connectivity and needed repairs. It took a couple of trips to completely resolve the issue. But, they kept troubleshooting until it was resolved. I have called several times with questions, etc. and Jonathan has been so nice and responsive each time. I highly recommend them for your fence needs!!

Parameter wire was broken when tree cutters were doing their work on a Friday. Dog Watch sent out a tech first thing Monday to repair. Very responsive to customer needs. Excellent customer service.
