Jenni responded to us immediately & met with us to inspect the damage right away. Jenni was thorough with everything, showed up, & walked us through everything every step of the way. Jenni even reassured me that she could plan the services around our busy work schedule - something I truly appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised when Jenni showed up with the serviceman, Lawrence, on day one of the repairs so she could introduce him, & so the three of us could review the final plan for treating the water & mold damage. During the water mitigation & mold remediation, Lawrence made sure the work areas were safe, clean, & that we could safely access other areas of our home. Lawrence did an excellent job & was very professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
