So I went here a couple days ago to get my Samsung A14 screen fixed so I could get access to my W-2. Now, guy on the counter was nice and fixed it w/i 20 minutes. The issue comes in when I go to put in my pass code and it does not work. I only use 2 pass codes and I did put it down on the piece of paper before I left (recommend not doing that to make sure this doesn't happen to you). Long story short, I couldnt get into my phone and the cashier tried to charge me an extra $30 to restart my phone even though you would need a passcode to do so. Not accusing anyone of anything but I would definitely be cautious if I were to go back again.
