I use a program at work which requires a multi-factor authentication code to log into. I broke my phone's screen so I got a new phone. I must have spent an hour and a half trying, trying, trying to install Microsoft Authenticator onto my new phone, getting more and more frustrated. I gave up, went to Digital Majik and in about 15 minutes they got it installed onto my new phone. So now I can work.

Called to ask if they could fix my computer. Yes, but it could take 1 week. OK. Brought it in. 3 weeks later and still being told they’ll fix it next week. Finally was told over the phone they are working on it right now. Easy fix they said. Went in 4 days later to pick it up. They never started but next week they’ll work on it. I can think of several swear words to describe the service I got. Bringing it to another store.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! In February the hinges on my laptop broke, must have bounced a bit too hard, new to the area I thought I’d drop it off at a local computer shop instead of big box repair.
I dropped my laptop off for a quote to repair, always get a quote first. Feb 7th I called but it hadn’t been looked at yet.
Feb 14th I called hadn’t been looked at yet (but guessed it would be around $200-so I told them to do it).
I called Feb 21st not ready yet, I called
Feb 28th and the hinge was replaced but, in the process, they cracked the screen so they would replace it at no cost. Annoying but okay.
March 7th replacement screen (1) ordered but didn’t work, another one ordered
March 14th still waiting for replacement part, should come Monday.
March 19th part just came today but waiting for “space on the bench” probably today or tomorrow
March 20th I called and they are waiting for room on the bench probably today or tomorrow.
March 24th I called them and was put on hold and forgotten about. Eventually spoke with the guy doing the repair, another bad screen (2). They either source their parts very poorly or I don’t even know.
April 2nd I called them and they are still waiting for the replacement screen
April 18th I called them, and they said it was ready, I went to pay my $226 and found that the touch screen didn’t work, they said they would reach out to the owner and call me back. They believe there was something wrong with the motherboard.
May 9th I decided to go pick up my computer because I heard nothing from them, get there and learned my computer was just sent out to New York supposedly the owner took over, but I never hear anything from them. They never communicated anything any step of the way, I blew up at the guy after that many days, I just wanted to be kept in the loop and communicated with, they never called me once during this whole time to give me status, it was always me calling them. I felt bad for the guy and I don’t like getting that mad but just communicate with me and I would have been understanding. They never even asked me if I wanted my computer shipped off to another state, it's consent that's such a big deal to me.
Eventually my laptop came back and they took my password off my laptop and apparently wrecked something else on it because my Microsoft office suite which I have access to from my employer wasn’t working correctly.
I took my laptop to my employer’s IT department and it’s not longer able to work on my laptop because something with the security has been damaged. I will never use this place again. I would recommend avoiding it at all costs!!!
And the hinge repair was done so poorly it looks like I ordered replacement parts off of Temu and did it myself.
PS to the owner - by all the details in this review, you should be able to look me up in your records and contact me, why should I reach out to you? Your company called me ONCE (return call) in the months that you had my computer. You should reach out to me if you want to make this right.
These guys were so helpful and professional! They were patient when the password/info became a bit of a circus on our part. They fixed the problem and restored precious data and were very reasonable in price! So glad we found them!
So I had cleaning done to my computer from you guys and you missed the whole front panel the first time I came in! On top of that there is dust still in the corners of my CPU fan... I just came back again which was a HUGE mistake, I thought you guys were going to look at my CPU fan and all you did was run my CPU fan for a few hours and added thermal paste again. I had also asked over the counter about having my front fan cord plug back in but I guess you moved it a little instead of plugging it back in as requested. Overall Bill way to high. I spent $270.72 over two visit!!! I thought I thought wasn't going to be charge with a payment on the second visit because you guys say if I have a problem that I can come back. I had a problem which still got ignored. Plus the cleaning job was so mid. Didn't clean fans and forgot front panel. I was hoping for a semiprofessional clean to my PC.
