Some guy “fixed” my phone but the screen display was always dimming and just wasn’t as solid as before. I called the store to discuss what was happening and the guy said I had to order the back of my phone to fix that to fully stop that problem. I said ok I was going to come back to get the back fixed. 2 weeks later broke again from me setting it on my desk a little rough and the original guy wasn’t there but the manager and someone else was there and refused to fix it under the 30 day warranty. I explained that I was supposed to come back in a couple of days to get the back fixed too but regardless, it shouldn’t have broke from what happened. They tried to charge a “discounted price” but at that point they weren’t trusted to fix it properly. My original price was better than others but I should’ve went elsewhere in the first place. Now, I’ve paid twice to get my phone fixed. These people are scammers and I don’t recommend this place at all. They’re cheap but you will end up spending more.

I've been to these people 5times in the course of six weeks. My phone screen cracked a day after getting fixed the first time just by laying it in the seat of my car , my daughters phone was fixed here two days later her screen blacked out, every other week like clockwork my phone has been blacking out not charging and randomly cutting off. Im a single mom and out $600 and was met with attitude about just simply asking them to right their wrongs. I am making a trip again today less than 24hours never touched the phone other than to place on charger and the screen is visibly lifted woke up this morning its blacked out! This is so unethical and not good business practice. $600 Is a lot taken from my family in this economy!

I would not recommend this place. I had to bring my phone back literally 3x and still the same problem. Brought my phone in to get my screen fixed of course then boom i look at the screen and its lifting?? Can you imagine bring your 500$ ipad or 1k iphone 13 in and this happens. First thing they holla “oh its pass 30 days” but no way in the world this would happen. I have had several iphones screens gotten broken never had this issue.. and of course they fix it but then it happens again and EXPECT someone to drive 45mins back to the location to get it fixed again . Just crazy but just rather be honest to whoever is thinking about going to this place… shame… then say oh its your phone case! Just to try to get me to spend more money.. dont trust these people
