I was able to get an appointment for a repair the day after I called. A courteous technician came on time and fixed my dishwasher. Landers charges $200 just for the service call, but the technician didn’t charge any extra because the problem was so minor. Very good experience.
As always, the service technicians from Lander’s are a cut above. Steve diagnosed the issue right away, opened up his tool kit worked magic on our stove, top burners, and we are good to go. I also appreciate how Landers‘s cuts to the chase and tells you what you’re working with in an appliance, what the issues are, discussing how much money you want to put into the appliance, and or when you should consider replacing it. That’s perfect service.
Malcolm from Landers Appliance did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and very respectful of my home. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. The service was fast and efficient, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Malcolm and Landers Appliance to anyone needing service.
It was very easy to make an appointment and Landers’ kept me updated the day of my appointment with when the tech was headed to my house. Malcom was the tech that came out and he was fantastic! He walked me through what he was doing and answered my questions along the way. My dryer belt snapped and he replaced it quickly. Once he was finished, he made sure everything was working properly. Overall, it was a pretty quick and easy process and I hopefully have many more years out of my dryer because it is still in great condition.
The technician was incredibly friendly and professional. He took time to listen to my assessment of the issue and explained the results of his analysis in a way that was easy to understand. I requested time to consider my options between repair/replacement and he provided me with additional information and brochures without pressuring me for a decision.
