Dierolf did a wonderful job installing our new softener & UV system. They showed up on time, both for the initial visit & for the installation. David & his partner explained everything well when he came to see about our water softener problems. He & Sam installed the system & Sam gave me a very detailed explanation about how it all worked, troubleshooting, & answered all my questions while I recorded it for future reference. I highly recommend Dierolf & they will be my first call for any future plumbing issues. They are knowledgeable & professional.Thank you for outstanding service

We had a system installed 9 years ago to take care of the multiple problems with our water. I was happy with the install then, and recently called for some service/maintenance. They sent out a tech named Sam, who did an excellent job at doing all the required maintenance to both the iron breaker and water softener. He was very thorough in checking and cleaning all the moving parts, nozzles, screens, etc., checked for proper operation of the units, and did a test on the raw water before treatment, and another on treated water to prove that everything was operating as it should. He was very knowledgeable on the equipment, explained everything well, and answered all my questions. Since I first met Mark years ago when he designed our system, I've always thought Dierolf was a good company to do business with, and if they have good employees like Sam, they'll obviously continue to be the best choice around for water treatment.

We just purchased our home in June of this year with an existing water treatment system. We had no clue what we had or if it was working correctly. I called the number on the system and they wanted to sell me a new UV light and other stuff w/o even seeing the unit. I made the appointment but they never showed… thankfully! I called Dierolf P&W right after and they put me on the schedule. Ethan came out and showed me everything and how it works. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra that I didn’t need. He explained the UV light was still good for another 5 months. He changed the filter, ran water tests and adjusted some settings. We chatted a bit and he was a great young man, Very respectful and honest! He even explained a little bit of background about the company. They have my business hands down from here on out. This is the way you run a business to get more business. I’d give 10 stars if possible.
