Dicks Carpet One Floor & Home

I went to their Oakland show room to choose carpet for my bedroom closet. They had a variety of premium options in the colors I was looking for. I ordered samples of five carpets, Joe brought them personally to my house to review them. I picked my favorite and he ordered the material and they held it for me until the room was ready. The installation crew was prompt and friendly. They handled the install in a irregular shaped room with no problem. The carpet looks great!

Everything about this experience was great from start to finish. I had unsuccessfully shopped for carpet for over a year. I was struggling with color and pattern choices. I was referred to Dan, the owner, by a friend and he could not have been more helpful. I sent some pictures and explained what I wanted. When I went to the showroom I was shown a couple of options. Thank goodness as the showroom is quite extensive and would have been overwhelming to navigate on my own. Pricing was competitive and the installers were excellent-timely, clean and really hard working. Can’t recommend enough!

We’ve used Dick’s Carpet for several years. They did luxury vinyl in our kitchen several years ago which still looks amazing. They just redid the carpet in all of the bedrooms, hall, and stairs. Shopping at Dick’s is low pressure but informative. We found a beautiful wool carpet that was a good value, the perfect color, and feels great on our feet. Both jobs install has been super easy, fast and held up very well. I will use them again.
