i had a wonderful experience with New Method flooring. Jim came over and checked out the property, sent me the estimate the same day. I have original oak floors from 1908 that need refinishing and a patch where old floor heater was. They did a great job on the patch, the floor looks great, they were quick and clean, just a pleasure to work with.
Had my kitchen and office floors redone by The New Method and on the surface they looked great, but I was unhappy at some areas along the base board. I didn't say anything initially, but months later it began to reaLly bother me, so I called Jim. He came over right away and had his guys out here the next day and it all looks terrific. Now that is service and backing your work.
